I doubt so, this whole incident put alot of pressure and stress on the old couple. It's not surprising for a director to have 'alot of girls throwing themselves' at, just look at Wan Jing from HK, i believe he has countless girls.

Just give them a break, pls, media is taking this chance to boost their sales of their papers. This is their family matters, let them decide and settle themselves. As quoted from Pastor Tan(From CHC), just leave them alone so that they can rebuild their marriage. Every men will fall, what they need is a chance to redeem themselves.
In regards to whether Jack should disband J-Team, i am afraid not. Like it or not, he is the most talented local movie director, he should use his future movies as part of the redemption for himself, and do Singapore and his family proud once more. That should be the most positive thing to do.
Be it a big mistake or a small mistake, they deserve a chance for self-redemption. Give him, and his family a chance.
